I am so happy with this product – I did alot of research of the SanDisk 4GB Sansa Fuze Video MP3 Player against other products, namely the Apple IPod and the Sony – all came back that for the money and great player that it was – this was one of the best MP3 players its performance and money! It is a Christmas present for my husband and I know he will have many hours of enjoyment from all his songs on this SanDisk player – also Amazon was one of the best choices that I have ever made in my life for quick, efficient and helpful shopping for EVERYTHING – I will DEFINITELY do all my shopping for Christmas with Amazon – it has made my life alot easier! it was a gift to my kid. it didnt work. the seller said that i should contact sandisk. the seller ALSO sold this as ‘refurbished’, my a$$. my kid downloaded songs and all it did was skip. i called sandisk, reformatted the mp3 and it still didnt work. so, what am i to assume? that the seller never really ‘refurbished’ this P.O.C.?

NOT HAPPY. can you tell?
